Fair Play & Anti-Abuse Policy

A. Purpose

shogunplay.com is operated by Kuroshio Interactive. Play on shogunplay.com uses virtual points. Points have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, exchanged, transferred or withdrawn, and are credited and removed by Kuroshio Interactive on request. Because no money changes hands, shogunplay.com does not operate an anti-money-laundering programme, does not screen payment sources and does not perform financial identity verification.

What a points casino does need is fair play. This policy describes the conduct Kuroshio Interactive treats as abuse of shogunplay.com, how it is detected, and what follows when it is found. It applies alongside the Terms of Service, which prevail where the two differ.

B. One Account Per Person

Multi-Accounting

Each person may hold one shogunplay.com account. Opening or operating more than one account, under your own name or any other, or using another person’s account, is abuse. Kuroshio Interactive may link accounts by device, network, behaviour and other signals, and treats linked accounts as one for the purposes of bonuses, races and limits. Detected instances are evaluated case by case and users may be asked to explain their use of the platform.

Ban Evasion

An account opened to replace one that has been suspended, closed or self-excluded is ban evasion. Such accounts are closed on discovery, their points are removed, and the original restriction stands. Self-exclusion in particular is permanent for the chosen duration and a new account does not reset it.

C. Bonus and Promotion Abuse

Play-Through Conditions

Bonus points carry the conditions printed with the promotion that granted them, including play-through before a burn and limits on single bets while a lock remains. Attempting to clear a lock outside those conditions — for example by placing offsetting bets, by exploiting a game error or by any route that avoids genuine risk — forfeits the bonus and any winnings from it.

Collusion

Coordinated play between accounts, sharing of bonuses or races between people, and any arrangement by which one account’s result benefits another, is collusion. All accounts involved may be suspended and their points removed.

Automation

Play must be by a person. Bots, scripts, macros, automated registration and any software that places bets, claims promotions or opens accounts on a user’s behalf are prohibited. Kuroshio Interactive monitors device properties, timing and gameplay patterns to detect automated play, and accounts found using it are closed.

D. Jurisdictions and Age

Age

shogunplay.com is for persons aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher. Kuroshio Interactive may ask any user to confirm their email, age and country, and may restrict an account until that confirmation is provided. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed and their points removed.

Restricted Jurisdictions

Persons located in or residing in a jurisdiction listed as prohibited in the Terms of Service may not use shogunplay.com. Kuroshio Interactive uses geolocation, time zone analysis and related signals to cross-reference user device data with restricted jurisdictions and to detect VPNs, proxies and other location spoofing. Circumventing these restrictions is a breach of the Terms of Service and leads to closure of the account.

E. Enforcement

Where Kuroshio Interactive reasonably believes that an account has engaged in conduct described in this policy, it may, at its sole discretion and in any combination: void bets, remove bonus points and any winnings from them, remove some or all other points on the account, decline or reverse top-up and burn requests, suspend the account while it investigates, or close the account and any linked accounts permanently.

Points have no cash value. Their removal is not a financial loss, no compensation is payable for them, and no claim to their cash value can be raised in any dispute. Kuroshio Interactive may not always be in a position to explain the details of an investigation. Questions about an enforcement action may be sent to support@shogunplay.com.
